I have had the pleasure of the using Miami Emergency Plumbing to fix two very challenging problems. I would highly recommend their services!!!! They went above and beyond each time I needed them.First Time: Sept 2014After using Roto Rooter to clear numerous backups, 5 to be exact over a period of 2 months, Roto Rooter then told us that we had a major broken sewer line. During the 5 visits, they always said the reason was related to the use of wrong paper goods, how the blockages in the cast iron sewer line was typical due to the nature of the pipe being old and "rough".When Roto Rooter came the last time, they then all of a sudden said that our problem was a broken section of the cast iron pipe leading from under the house and under the driveway, leading to the street. This would require digging up the driveway and replacing the cast iron pipe.We called in Miami Emergency Plumbing for a second opinion. What they found was that the owner who renovated the house prior to our purchase did a terrible job of plumbing the house. No break was found in the main line and it was determined that many of the pipes under the house (house sits on a crawl space) were pitched incorrectly, routed improperly, not connected properly to the main sewer line.The owner and technicians were very very professional. Once the agreement was complete, we were told exactly how the project would be handled in order to minimize disruption to the house while occupied. All of the new pipes were pre cut and laid out under the house over a 2 day period. Once everything was set, it was only a matter of a few hours to remove the old pipes and install the new pipes correctly. The new pipes were pitched correctly, attached with strap hangers and a new clean out was installed when the plumbing connected to the main sewer line leading to the street. The same area that Roto Rooter claimed the pipe was broken.During the process, the owner was reachable within minutes to answer questions and the technicians were totally professional.This company clearly knows their profession and how to provide a superior level of customer service.I cannot thank Miami Emergency Plumbing for solving our plumbing issue. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone.I also thank them for a valuable lesson learned. Roto Rooter is not the company they are portrayed to be. After the first two incidents, Roto Rooter should have discovered what Miami Emergency Plumbing discovered rather than continue to just coming back and clearing a blockage that was just going to keep recurring.2nd Time - March 2015The second time I needed the services of Miami Emergency Plumbing was when a pipe started to leak behind a wall as a result of a nail being put through the pipe during installation of baseboards when house was renovated in 2013. The nail rusted away and water started leaking. Upon discovery, we called Miami Emergency Plumbing and within an hour, they located the pipe in the wall, capped the leaking pipe and stopped the water flow.The damage was pretty extensive and Miami Emergency Plumbing went above and beyond in order to minimize the damage, even going beyond the plumbing and taking care of carpentry work that ultimately prevented even more damage. In order to replace damaged drywall, Miami had to return to remove the hot water heater and reinstall it a day later to allow carpenters access to the wall.Miami Emergency Plumbing is on speed dial as the first call in an emergency. Regardless of whether it's plumbing or not. I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.

After a mishap with staking down an inflatable decoration, I punctured a line going into the house and was in need of a fix quickly. I called two other companies before Miami emergency, and basically got the same response that dispatch would "call me right back". Miami Emergency was the only one to give me an immediate response of when somebody could come out. Jose came out on time, was in communication the whole time of when he was coming and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was even very receptive when I asked him questions about what he was doing (was just curious). He took his time in testing his work, and even cleaned up afterwords, replacing the sod and dirt. I am very happy with the work done.
