We’ve found our “go to” plumbing company! Vanessa was helpful and timely in responding to our request for replacing a kitchen faucet and replacing a shut off valve in bathroom -and they had availability for the following day. We received a text stating expecting time of arrival, and a text when they were on their way. Vanessa was great at providing my condo building the required COI paperwork too. A very skilled young man showed up and handled the work expertly, made a few suggestions for future and he was on his way. I had an emergency plumbing situation on a weekday evening before sunset, probably the worst time to call for service considering rush hour in Miami. Called Adrian the owner on this thanksgiving weekend for an emergency at one of my rental properties on a Saturday after 6pm. All sinks and toilets were backing up (total nightmare) his crew was at the site in less than half an hour and was extremely flexible on pricing even though they had to run a snake through the roof of the house leading to the main drain pipe of the home. After a mishap with staking down an inflatable decoration, I punctured a line going into the house and was in need of a fix quickly. I called two other companies before Miami emergency, and basically got the same response that dispatch would "call me right back". Miami Emergency was the only one to give me an immediate response of when somebody could come out. Jose came out on time, was in communication the whole time of when he was coming and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was even very receptive when I asked him questions about what he was doing (was just curious). He took his time in testing his work, and even cleaned up afterwords, replacing the sod and dirt. I am very happy with the work done.
