EXCEPTIONAL service! One call and appointment scheduled. The owner, Adrian came to the first appointment to assess our issue. Roy, the company’s plumber was assigned. Roy showed up on time, I was late; he called me to ask permission to enter the property to do exterior inspection. I showed up 10 minutes after. He was not bothered with my tardiness and was received with a friendly greeting. He explained his finding, provided an estimate. We contacted him 24 hours later, agreed on to a time. Roy showed up on time again, completed the work and followed up with me afterwards. I later received a call from Miami Emergency Plumbing to inquire about any issues; there were none.Roy was very professional and clean. Miami Emergency was able to diagnose the problem and repair it, something that a prior plumber was unable to do. I can't complain. I called late at night and there were at my house early the next morning. They're very affordable and do everything according to the law. That same day that they were working at my house my child had am emergency and I had to run to pick them up from school. I was scared that things would go missing but my house was intact.They are honest, hard working and work fast.I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This week my house flooded. I literally took out 21 buckets full of water between my kitchen, living room and dining room. I closed the main water switch and 4 hours later, the water kept pouring. A plumber came and wanted to charge $200+ hourly and was ready to open holes in several wall. First he said it was the bathroom, then he said the kitchen. I freaked out at his uncertainty and because I don't have homeowners told him to forget it. By that time it was well after 5 p.m. and everyone was charging emergency rates / over time and one company even charged travel time. We couldn't find any one reasonable that would come the same day. My friend called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Adrian Sanchez came from Miami Beach to Kendall (not in the 30 minutes he promised because he doesn't own a helicopter), but when he saw he was running late, he contacted me to continuously calm me down, and update me on the ETA. Once he came in and turned my water back on, he immediately realized the water was coming from my neighbors house. I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. He charged way less than the $200 I was quoted by so many other companies and not a single hole in my wall. Thank you Adrian... you were amazing!!! I will definitely not only use you guys again, but refer you to everyone I come across.
