My husband found these guys online and hired them to come out and fix our bathroom sink, when the hot water supply hose busted. I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.
