I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.

I had a water pipe burst in my front yard on Sunday Afternoon. Giani was on time and did an excellent job and prices were reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

First and foremost I want to say great service. Adrian was great to deal with. And if you're lucky to have Ivan sent to your house for the repairs you're dealing with someone who's going to be honest and upfront with you. Very hard to find nowadays. These guys rock! We had to call them on two separate occasions (our own fault) for a clogged toilet after hours. Both times were awesome! Scheduling the appointment was easy. Then, the plumber called to provide an estimated arrival time, showed up ahead of schedule, charged us a fair price, and cleaned up after himself. The guys are super nice and do a great job. Highly recommend!

After calling 3 other plumbers claiming to have "emergency" plumbing available, I called Miami Emergency Plumbing at midnight frantically for a gush pipe in the master bathroom (which was serviced by a different plumber that morning). Roy heard the call and got to my house in minutes to shut off the water and make the repair. I'm so incredibly thankful for Roy's response time and efficiency. The price was also very reasonable! I can't complain. I called late at night and there were at my house early the next morning. They're very affordable and do everything according to the law. That same day that they were working at my house my child had am emergency and I had to run to pick them up from school. I was scared that things would go missing but my house was intact.They are honest, hard working and work fast.I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone.
