Any time I have an issue with my plumbing I call miami emergency plumbing.. they are easy to reach and very quick on the job.. always do outstanding work. My wife ran across some guys in our neighborhood working on a sewer line on an old house. We had been having backups on a monthly basis and were tired of the issue and needed it fixed. The first guy who came over spoke with my wife, the next guy with me, they were both friendly and knowledgeable. They started the day before Thanksgiving at 8 am and wrapped up that night around 6 pm. They replaced our entire sewer main, 78 year old cast iron which was literally crumbling apart, with brand new PVC. The guys on the crew were incredibly nice and had amazing attitudes while working very hard all day long. The company is run by a husband and wife pair. Vanessa came to our home to check on the progress personally and spent time with me and my wife and kids after the workers left to talk to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done. It's rare to find people like this and I'm glad we met them!! Thank you Miami Emergency Plumbing!!

At 6:30 P we discovered all the drains and toilets in the house were clogged.We left a message on their office number, within 10 minutes a customer service person called asking for the details, 10 minutes later Ivan, the plumber, called us to discuss the job. I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.
